Ed Frank
Ed was born in 1949 and farmed for 34 years in the midlands of Natal.
After retiring from farming in 2002 he joined the eLan group when
part of the family farm was incorporated into Simbithi Eco and Golf
Estate. He has been actively involved in the property sales in Simbithi since
its inception in September 2003 and brings with him an intimate
knowledge of all requirements necessary for a successful and happy
living style within the estate.
Ed lives on Simbithi Golf Estate with his wife Kay.
Willie Barnard
Willie was born in the Free State in 1955. He joined the Anglo American
Mining Corporate and was part of that empire for 15 years before moving
to KwaZulu-Natal in 1993, where he became involved in the Real Estate Industry
selling both residential and commercial properties. he has had a close
relationship with the eLan Group for more than 10 years and has also
been selling in Simbithi since its inception in 2003. He brings with him
a wealth of experience in all aspects of Estate Agency matters.
Willie lives with his wife Shannon and two sons on Simbithi Eco Estate.
Alan Coetzer
Alan Coetzer was originally from the Eastern Cape and was transferred to Natal while working
for Metropolitan Life as Regional Manager 19 years ago. Alan's background has always been
Sales & Management within the Insurance industry over the last 19 years. He was Regional General
Manager for Capital Alliance for a number of years and then decided to move into the Property
industry 5 years ago where he joined the eLan Property Group to head up their Sales Team.
Alan has now joined his ex-colleagues Ed & Willie, whom he had worked with over the last 3 to 4
years on the Simbithi Estate. Alan enjoys a good game of tennis and a round of golf from time to
time, he is living on Simbithi Estate with his wife, Zelda.
