As a result they offer comprehensive and expert advice and guidance on matters ranging from purchase or resale of anything that is part of Simbithi. Those include freehold residential land, homes, retirement village units, housing clusters and the many sectional title apartment developments. Assistance for building, including the selection of builders and architects also forms part of the service provided.

Estate Living provides for all legal requirements as well as Mortgage Bond facilities. Those entities are based locally for ease of management and also to facilitate speedier transitions.
